- The fees listed in the price list (excluding documents) are all per pound.

- For individual customers, the minimum weight is 2 pounds, rounded up to the nearest pound, and charged based on whole pounds. Registered members and VIP customers have a minimum weight of 1 pound and are charged based on the actual weight.
非注册会员最低2磅起,向上取整,按整磅计费。注册会员与VIP客户最低1磅起,按实际重量计费。
- Items valued at less than $50 are shipped through Channel B, while items valued over $50 are shipped through Channel C. All electronics, cosmetics, and watches are shipped through Channel C. Items valued over $300 are shipped through Channel A or Channel F with the customer responsible for customs duties.
单个物品货值在50美元以下的,采用B渠道发货;超过50美元的采用C渠道发货;所有电子产品、化妆品和手表均采用C渠道发货;超过300美元的物品,全部转为F关税自理渠道。
- If packages shipped through Channels B, C1, C2, or C3 require additional taxes during customs inspection, the customer is responsible for paying the taxes. Our company has the right to deduct the corresponding tax amount (in USD) directly from the customer's balance.
若B、C1、C2、C3渠道的包裹在海关查验时需要补缴税款,客户需自行承担税金。我司有权从客户余额中直接扣除相应的税金金额(以美元计)。
- The total value of mixed packages must not exceed 1000 Chinese Yuan.
每个混装包裹的货值总额实际价值不得超过1000人民币。
- Items valued over $50 must be shipped in separate packages, one item per box. The specific packaging standards provided should be followed. Our company charges based on the actual weight after exceeding 1 pound, and the cost of two small packages exceeding 1 pound is almost equal to that of one large package. Therefore, it is recommended to separate high-value items into different boxes for shipment. If customs inspection reveals non-compliance with packaging standards, the customer is responsible for the taxes and fees.
超过50美元的物品需单独包裹发货。一箱一件。具体标准以提供的打包标准为准。本公司超1磅后实重收费,超过1磅的2个小包裹跟1个大包裹的费用几乎相等。因此高价值物品尽量分箱发货。因超标准打包,被海关查验后,税费自理。
- The customs duty for watches valued at less than $300 is $20.
价值在300美元以内的手表,关税为20美元。
- Items valued at $50 or less are shipped through Channel B, while items valued over $50 are shipped through Channel C3.
所有物品价值在50美元以内的按B渠道发货,超过50美元的按C3渠道发货。
- For SF Direct small packages/luggage, the minimum weight is 2 pounds, rounded up to the nearest pound, and charged based on whole pounds.

- For packages with one side exceeding 12 inches, the actual weight and volumetric weight are compared, and the larger of the two is used. The volumetric weight is calculated using the formula: (length x width x height) inches / 139 pounds. For all packages shipped through SF Express, regardless of size, the volumetric weight is assessed using this formula, and the higher weight is charged.

- An additional $5 is required for orders shipped to Xinjiang and Tibet.

- Recharge $300 to become a VIP; for continuous 3 months, achieve a monthly shipment amount of $1000 to become VIP2; if the average monthly shipment postage reaches $2000, you can upgrade to SVIP. Recharge the corresponding amount to maintain the membership level. After recharging, it is non-cashable and non-refundable.

- For passport replacement (consulate documents), FedEx 2 Day Express is used for outbound shipping, and USPS is used for return shipping.

If no insurance is purchased, customers can file a claim with the channel provider. After the channel provider completes the claim process, Chengyang will transfer the claim payment to the applicant, and Chengyang will have no further liability.
未购买保价,客户可向渠道提供商发起索赔。在渠道提供商完成理赔后,程洋将理赔款移交申请者,理赔完成后程洋无其他赔付责任。

For packages with insurance, compensation will be based on the actual value of the goods stated on the purchase receipt, with a maximum claim amount not exceeding the insured value. The insured value is the amount after deducting the self-insurance value. For example, if $200 insurance is purchased, the actual insured value is $400. The claim will be processed within the range of $400.
购买保价的包裹,将根据货物购买小票实际金额赔偿,理赔金额上限不超过保价金额。保价额为减去自带保价后的金额。例如:购买保价200美元,实际保价价值为400美元。将在400美元的理赔范围内进行理赔。

Claims for undelivered packages must be initiated within 60 days from the date of shipment. Claims filed after 60 days will not be accepted.

For packages showing as delivered but not actually received, the claim should be filed within 5 days after the delivery status is updated. Claims filed beyond this timeframe will not be accepted.

Brand, name, and detailed specifications of the declared items; actual purchase receipt or invoice. Claims cannot be processed if the declared information is unclear or if the value of the lost items cannot be proven.

Insufficient cushioning material added during packaging, resulting in damage to the contents despite the external packaging being intact.

Fragile items such as glassware, ceramic products, plastic products, as well as glass-packaged health products, various types of milk powder, cosmetics, etc.
易碎品,如玻璃制品、陶瓷制品、塑料制品,以及玻璃包装保健品、各种奶粉、化妆品等;

Shortage or damage of contents due to undamaged external packaging.
外箱无破损导致内件短少或破损;

Liquid items prone to leakage (such as honey, shampoo, lotion, etc.), as well as products that were already damaged or had defects.

Products with characteristics of easy melting or dissolution, once internal damage, overflow, melting, or other issues occur.

Loss or damage caused by failure to provide information and cooperate with customs clearance after customs inspection, or if correct information is not provided within 2 working days after the initial contact with customer service.
海关查验后拒不提供信息配合清关、客服首次联系后2个工作日未提供正确信息导致货物滞留站点造成的遗失或破损;

Starting from the first contact with customer service, proof of value, shipping information, and item photos must be submitted to the store clerk within 7 working days. Claims will not be accepted beyond this time limit.
自客服首次联系后起,需在7个工作日内将货值证明、运单信息、物品照片提交至门店店员,超出时限者将不再受理;

Shopping receipts, invoices, and item declaration lists are essential for claim applications. Claims that cannot be verified will not be processed. Please keep the shopping receipts properly and provide accurate item details.

Packages not delivered within 40 days after being handed over to the store can be considered lost, and a claim for loss can be initiated. Claims for packages held by customs in BC Channel are not covered.

All items packed by CY Express stores and operation centers are considered exempt from damage claim responsibility. Our company packs according to the regular situation of the corresponding category of items, without any special handling. Customers bear the risk of goods damage on their own.
所有委托程洋门店及操作中心打包的,均视为豁免程洋损坏理赔责任。我司按对应品类物品常规情况打包,不额外做特殊处理。客人自行承担货物损坏风险。
* Customers who hand over packages to the store, operation center, and are confirmed accepted by our company, all of the above terms apply. It is considered that the customer has carefully read, understood, and accepted all terms.
